Our Journey
2012
In July 2012, ARCH CONSTRUCTION LLC was officially registered and took its first steps into the construction sector. The first goal — building a professional team through small and medium-scale repair and construction projects.
2013-2015
Specialization in turnkey construction of private houses and villas. First corporate partnerships were established, and interior-exterior design projects for offices were successfully delivered.
2016-2019
Operations expanded, integrating as a subcontractor into large-scale civil construction projects. The team was strengthened with specialists in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems.
2020-2023
Transition to digital design (BIM standards) and efficient resource management. Increased use of eco-friendly, energy-saving materials.
2024+
With over a decade of experience, holding a distinctive place in the country's construction ecosystem. Goal — to make an innovative contribution to large-scale development in Baku, the regions and especially Karabakh.
